Do I need gym access to participate?

Nope. As long as you have a dumbbell and a band, you can do the workouts anywhere.

What if I am traveling or on vacation during the bootcamp?

The workouts and nutritional recommendations can still be completed regardless of location.

Where will the workouts be located?

The workouts are going to be located in the Welcome Packet that is sent out immediately after signing up. If you upgrade to the app, all the workouts will be located there as well.
